At every visit I keep an eye on the safety of your home: Are windows, balcony doors and the front door properly closed? If I notice anything unusual, I contact you immediately.

Process & organisation

During a no-obligation introductory visit we discuss exactly how you would like your cat to be looked after. We then define the visit times and arrange a secure key handover. While you are away, I care for your cat reliably and keep you regularly updated.

We clarify this in a relaxed way during our free introductory meeting. Many clients hand over the key at this appointment once everything feels right. Alternatively, we can arrange a separate handover shortly before you leave. While you are away, I store your key safely and without any reference to your address. After your return I either put it in your letterbox or bring it back to you in person.

Your cat’s health is my top priority. If I notice anything unusual during my visits, I will inform you immediately. At our first meeting we take down your vet’s contact details and agree whether I may take your cat there directly in an emergency. I always act in your interest and for your cat’s wellbeing.

Not at all. I also look after many reserved or sensitive cats in Westend. I never force contact and always respect a cat’s need for space. If your cat hides, I only discreetly check that everything is fine and then stay quietly in the room without pushing for interaction. Very often shy cats start to trust me after a few days once they realise I’m no threat.

To give you as much flexibility as possible in Westend, I offer two clear visit models – depending on how much attention your cat needs:

Standard (30 minutes): Perfect for the daily basic routine. Food, fresh water and cleaning of the litter tray are included, and there is still time for a short play or cuddle session.

Premium (60 minutes): Ideal for very affectionate cats, young animals or whenever you simply want your cat to enjoy more company. This gives plenty of time for extensive play, cuddles or extra care.
