How we start working together:

The process is intentionally kept simple. In a short introductory meeting, we go over routines, your cat’s food preferences and favourite toys. Then we take care of handing over the keys and agreeing on visit times. From there, everything runs just as discussed – transparent, reliable and discreet.

We’ll clarify that in a relaxed way during our free introductory meeting. Many clients give me the key right at that appointment, once they feel everything is a good fit. Alternatively, we can arrange a separate handover shortly before you leave. If your building has a concierge, I can pick up the key securely there and return it afterwards. While you are away, I of course store the key safely and without any reference to your address. After your return, it either goes into your letterbox or I bring it back to you in person.

Your pet’s health is my top priority. If I notice anything unusual during my visits, I will contact you immediately. At our first appointment, we note down your vet’s contact details and decide whether I am authorised to take your cat there directly in an emergency. I always act in your best interest and for the welfare of your animal.

Not at all. I also look after many cautious or strong-willed cats in Europaviertel. I never force contact and always respect each animal’s retreat space. If your cat hides, I will discreetly check that everything is alright and then sit quietly in the room without pushing for interaction. Often, shy cats open up after a few days once they realise I don’t pose any threat.

I offer two fixed visit models – depending on how much attention your cat needs:

Standard (30 minutes): Ideal for daily basic care. Feeding, fresh water and litter tray cleaning are included, plus a little time for a short play session or a few cuddles.

Premium (60 minutes): Perfect for particularly affectionate cats, kittens or if you simply want to give your pet more company and entertainment. This option allows plenty of time for extensive play, cuddling or additional grooming.
