To keep our travel times and the associated costs fair for everyone, we have divided our service areas into zones.

💚 Zone Green (Our Focus Areas) – No Surcharge

In these districts, we can be there particularly quickly, know the routes, and can react very flexibly to your wishes.

💛 Zone Yellow – Small Surcharge

  • Price: + €2 surcharge per visit
  • Travel time: approx. 20 minutes
  • Districts:

🧡 Zone Orange – Medium Surcharge

  • Price: + €4 surcharge per visit
  • Travel time: approx. 30 minutes

And what about other districts?

Of course, we also look after cats in other districts of Frankfurt!

Whether Nordend, Bornheim, Niederrad, or Rödelheim – we are happy to come by. Depending on the exact address and traffic situation, these districts usually do not fall into the zones, which is why a higher surcharge applies (see Prices).
