Thanks to my experience, I quickly notice when something is wrong (changes in appetite, behaviour or use of the litter box). If that happens, I act immediately and, of course, contact you right away.

How working together looks

First, we meet free of charge at your home in Gallus to discuss everything important – from routine, food and toys through to safety. Then we decide together how long and how often the visits should take place. While you are away, I look after your pet reliably and keep you updated with regular messages.

We discuss this in peace during our free introductory meeting. Many clients hand me the key directly at this appointment once everything feels right. Alternatively, we can arrange a separate handover shortly before you leave. While you are away, I store your key safely and without any reference to your address. After you return, it either ends up in your mailbox or I bring it back to you in person.

Your pet’s health is my top priority. If I notice anything unusual during my visits, I contact you immediately. During our first meeting, we note down your vet’s contact details and clarify whether I may take your cat there directly in an emergency. I always act in your best interest and in the best interest of your pet.

Not at all. Especially in Gallus I look after many cautious or headstrong cats. I never force contact and always respect each animal’s space. If your cat hides away, I discreetly check that everything is okay and then simply stay calmly in the room without pushing for interaction. Very often, shy cats gain trust after a few days once they realise that I pose no threat.

To keep things as flexible as possible for you, I offer two fixed visit options – depending on how much attention your cat needs:

Standard (30 minutes): Ideal for the daily routine. Basic care (food, fresh water, litter box) is included, plus a little time for a short play or cuddle session.

Premium (60 minutes): Perfect for especially affectionate cats, young animals or whenever you simply want to give your cat more company. This allows plenty of time for extended play, cuddles or extra care.
